摘 要:为更快更高效地对优良榉树进行无性繁殖,选择GGR作为生根剂处理榉树嫩枝,研究GGR的不同质量浓度、不同浸泡时间、插穗粗度及扦插时间对榉树嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:使用200 mg L-1的GGR生根剂浸泡插穗17 h可获得最佳的生根效果,其生根率为72.5%;对所有插穗的直径进行测定和记录,发现直径较粗的插穗更容易生根;扦插时间在5月上旬最好,榉树嫩枝扦插的要点为插穗的选择、保水保湿和防菌防霉。To asexually reproduce elite Zelkova schneideriana faster and more effectively, GGR rooting agent was selected as rooting powder to treat young shoots of Z. schneideriana. The effects of concentrations of GGR, soaking time, cuttings size and cutting time on the softwood cutting propagation of Z. schneideriana were investigated. The results show that the surviving percent was as high as 72.5% when the cuttings were soaked for 17 hours and the external hormone concentration was 200 mg·L-^-1; the thick cuttings were easier to survive by comparing the diameter of all sample cuttings with the diameter of the surviving cuttings; the cutting propagating was better at the time of the 9th May approximately. Attention should be paid to shoot selection, control of water moisture of medium and baeteria prevention in the process of fast propagation ofZ. schneideriana.
