摘 要:油茶为我国南方主要的油料作物,近年来油茶病害发生越来越严重,而且由于油茶病害发病时期不同以及各种病原菌抗病性的不同,无形中增加了杀菌剂的喷洒次数,并浪费了大量的人力物力,因此有必要从市面常见的杀菌剂中筛选出一种高效广谱的杀菌剂来更好的防治油茶病害。本文通过菌丝生长速率法来测定所选择的6种杀菌剂对3种油茶病害的室内毒力效果,结果显示苯甲咪鲜胺对3种病原菌的抑制效果最好,对3种病原菌的EC50分别为炭疽病菌1.86 mg/L、叶枯病菌1.98 mg/L、软腐病菌0.41 mg/L,EC50值均为6种杀菌剂最低。课题的研究可能为防治油茶病害提供了用药参考,具有潜在的参考价值。Camellia oleifera as the major oil-bearing crops in South China has important economic values. However, the diseases occurred in Camellia oleifera has been more and more serious. Due to the different disease-oncoming periods and pathogenic bacteria abilities to resist bactericides, the times to spray bactericides have to increase to control the diseases, which not only was labor- consuming but also increased the costs. It is necessary for us to obtain a kind of most effective and broad-spectrum bactericide to improve the efficacies of controlling pathogenic bacteria. A test to determine the six common bactericides' indoor toxicity effects to three diseases of C. oleifera was performed. The method of mycelial growth rate was used to test the different effectiveness of the six bactericides of controlling pathogenic bacteria. The results show that benzoyl prochloraz was the most potent microbicide to inhibit the three pathogenic bacteria; The three ECs0 of benzoyl proehloraz to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Pestalotiopsis microspora, Agaricodochium camellia were 1.86 mg/L, 1.98 mg/L, 0.41 mg/L respectively, the mean of all three ECs0 was equal to the lowest of the 6 microbicides. The findings may provide a reference to the control of pathogenic bacteria in practice.
