摘　　要：目的:了解迎博社区癌症患者抑郁状况及影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的问卷和HAMD24抑郁量表,对辖区内223名癌症患者调查。结果:迎博社区癌症患者抑郁症状的患病率为38.5%,性别、文化程度、经济情况与抑郁症状相关。结论:社区癌症患者抑郁症状的患病率高于普通人群,应提高对癌症患者抑郁症状的关注。Objective： To study the prevalence of depressive symptoms of the patients with cancer and the influencing factors in Yingbo community. Methods： Two hundred and twenty-three patients with cancer in the community were interviewed with Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD24）. Results： The prevalence of depressive symptoms of the cancer patients was 38.5%. The influencing factors were related with the gender, education, income. Conclusion： The prevalence of depressive symptoms of the community patients with cancer is higher than that of ordinary people in the common. We should pay attention to the depressive symptoms of the patients with cancer.
