摘 要:采用HNO3-H202微波消解样品,ICP—OES法测定食品包装纸中铅和砷。探讨了最佳的微波消解参数,优化了实验条件。结果表明,该方法的检出限Ph为0.021mg·L-1、As为0.036mg·L-1,相对标准偏差均小于5%,加标回收率铅为96.1%-101.5%;砷为94.9%~99.0%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确和灵敏度高的优点,适用于食品包装纸中铅和砷的测定。Lead and arsenic content in food wrappers was determined by ICP-OES after microwave digestion with a mixture of nitric acid and hudrogen peroxide.The optimal digestion procedure was discussed and the param- eters were optimized.The detection limit of the method Pb was 0.021mg'L-1, As was 0.036 mg' L-1,Relative stan- dard deviation less than 5%,Standard addition recovery of Pb was 96.1% -101.5%;As was 94.9%~99.0%.The re- suits indicated that the method which was simple,rapid,accurate,and highly sensitive,can be used for the determi- nation of lead and arsenic in food wrappers.
