摘　　要：目前我国房地产开发企业的设计管理普遍存在管理不规范、随意性强、程序化差等问题,笔者结合多年地产工作实践,整理出设计管理之核心业务图纸管理中存在的问题,并分析其产生原因研究其对策,形成一种先进的、高效的设计管理模式。At present, design management widespread exists questions such as unstandardized man- agement, strong randomness, procedural difference etc. in our countrys＇ real estate development enter- prises. Combining many years＇ real estate practice, the author summarizes the problems in the drawings management which is the core business of designing management, analyzes the reason and studies its countermeasure, forming an advanced, efficient design management mode.
