摘　　要：结合当前我国高校学生党建工作的实际,以党的纯洁性为要求,深入解读"红船精神"的时代蕴意,从创新发展模块、实践服务模块、考核激励模块探索高校学生党员培养模式的长效机制,提出了"红船先锋学分制"的构建原则、指标设计及运行管理办法。Combined with college students＇ Party construction in China, this paper analyzes the spirit of ＂Red Boat＂ deeply under the requirement of Party＇ s purity. This paper explores the long-term training mechanism for college student Party member from three different modules： Creative development module, Practice service module and Evaluation encouragement module. The purpose of this paper is to develop and change the purity of college students＇ Party construction in the new condition and open up a new phase for college students＇Party construction.
