摘　　要：随着全球气候变暖，世界各国人民愈加关注环保。中国更不例外，尤其是中国的制浆造纸行业。国家标准GB3544—2008一制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准已于2011年7月1日起实施新的标准，要求制浆造纸企业执行水污染物排放限值“CODcr上限80～100mg／L，BOD5上限20mg／L”。山东太阳纸业股份有限公司虽然位于南水北调东线的天然水道之一的南四湖畔（距15km），但因公司一贯实施“科技创业，环保为先”的发展指导理念，实施全面防污治污策略，立足长远发展、始终把环保当生命工程来抓，所以公司可以提前3年达到“十二五”期间国家要求的排放新标准要求，推动公司快速向前发展。With global warming, people all over the world start to care for the environmental. China has the same wish, especially the pulp and paper industry. The national standard GB3544-2008-Discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry （the press release）will begin putting into effect for the new standard from July 1 2011, and the pulp and paper industry must be carrying out it, and the THV threshold limit value of water pollutants letting off is＂CODcr 80-100mg/L,BODs 20mg/L＂ by then. Although Shan Dong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock CO. ,LTD is beside the South-Si Lake（from 15km） that is the one of natural watercourse of the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, but it is not affected. Because it applies consistently the the development idea＂science and tech- nology, environmental these trainees＂, and ensures the long-term development, and regards always en- vironmental protection as life project, and sewages treatment capacity is the leading domestic level in benchmarking in China, even surpasses advanced European Union＇s levels. And Sun Paper is keeping pace with the world＇s pulp and paper industry.
