THE DAMAGES AND THE PROTECTION RESPONSES OF LEAVES OF PROTECTED PEACH UNDER ENHANCED UV-B RADIATION

摘  要:本试验以设施栽培毛桃品种'春捷'(Prunus persica cv.Chunjie)为试材,研究设施桃叶片在增强UV-B辐射处理下的损伤和保护响应。结果表明:(1)增强UV-B辐射处理下设施桃叶片叶面积减小、相对电导率增加、MDA含量增加、可溶性蛋白含量减少,表明叶片在UV-B处理下受到影响,且UV-B强度越大,影响越大。(2)UV-B辐射处理下叶片SOD、POD活性提高、类黄酮含量增加,表明增强UV-B辐射可以诱导叶片清除活性氧的能力提高,UV-B吸收物质积累以减轻UV-B辐射带来的伤害,增强叶片抵抗UV-B辐射损伤的能力。This study was conducted on leaves of greenhouse -grown'c hunjie'peaches (Prunus persica cv. Chunjie) to research the damages and protection responses. The results showed that: ( 1 ) after enhanced UV - B treatment leaf area and the content of soluble protein were reduced, while the relative conductivity and the con- tent of MDA were increased. It indicated leaves were affected under enhanced UV - B radiation and the effects were greater with more intensity of UV - B radiation. (2) After enhanced UV - B treatment the total activity of SOD and POD and the content of falconoid were increased. It indicated enhanced UV - B radiation induced leav- es to improve the ability of scavenging reactive oxygen species and accumulation of the UV - B absorbing material in order to reduce the damages of UV - B radiation, and enhance the resistance of leaves to UV - B radiation damage.
