摘  要:采取工业试验,研究了大型化回转窑高效优质生产V2O3的技术。考察了还原温度、筒体转速、还原介质、回转窑出料速度和均化技术对产品质量和产能的影响。结果表明,还原温度、筒体转速、出料速度、还原介质对产品质量影响程度依次降低;还原介质为50-80m3/h,出料量为400-450kg/h,2、3点温度为700-750℃,筒体转速变量为25s/r和安装翻料装置的条件下,可以实现高产高质;大回转窑较小回转窑在质量、产能和成本等方面都更具有优势。In this paoer, technique of producing V2O3 by largescale rotary kiln high efficiency and high quality was researched. The effects of the reduction temperature, cylinder speed, reducing medium, rotary kiln feed speed and equalization technology impact on product quality and production capacity.. The results show that the effect degree on product quality of all the factors above has been ranked: reduction temperature, rotation speed of drum, leaving velocity,reducing medium, the plant realize high output high quality in the condition of reducing medium 50-80m3/h,leaving velocity 400-500kg/h,temperature of the first and second point 700-750℃, variables of drum speed 25s/r and installation of reversing device; large rotary kiln than small rotary kiln has more advantages interms of quality, productivity and cost.
