流动未成年人越轨问题:理论探新与对策分析——基于东莞市的实证调研经验

摘　　要：近年来,我国城市流动人口中未成年人迅速增多,流动未成年人的越轨问题亦日趋严重。论文基于在东莞为期两年的实证调研资料,分析影响流动未成年人越轨行为的主要因素;提炼具有新意的流动未成年人越轨行为解释的理论模型;最后提出干预和控制流动未成年人越轨行为的对策建议。In recent years, there are increasingly more juveniles among the migrating population and while the Juveniles＇ deviant behaviors are increasingly serious. Based on two-year empirical research in DongguanCity, this paper analyses the main factors that influence the migrating juveniles＇ deviant behaviors and summarizes an innovative theory mode to explain their deviant behaviors. Accordingly, some suggestions are put forward to intervene and control the juveniles＇ deviant behavior.
