摘  要:为评估体质健康评价结果影响的有效性问题,制作了两种不同方式的体质健康结果评价表。第一种是按《国家学生体质健康标准》提供各单项成绩、总分和等级评价,称为"等级评价"。第二种是在第一种格式的基础上,提供体质健康的非均衡预警、弱化趋势预警、心肺功能低值预警等信息。同时,将预警信息及体质健康等级以不同的颜色标识,称为"预警评价"。以610名参加体质健康测试的大学生为研究对象。研究结果显示,预警评价在"重视体质健康测试结果","理解体质健康评价结果信息","对评价结果印象深刻","希望接受教师的锻炼指导","计划进行体育锻炼"等方面效果优于"等级评价"。To assess the effectiveness of physical health evaluation resuhs on students, the author makes two different kinds of evaluation forms of physical health results. The first one is the individual score, total score and grade evaluation in the physical health test, based on the "national student physical health standard", which is called "rating evaluation". The other one is on the basis of the first format, providing unbalanced warning, weakening trend, and low values of cardiopulmonary function. At the same time, the early warning and physical health level are identified in a different color, which is known as the "early warning evaluation". This research takes 610 college students, participating in the physical health test, as the research object. According to the research results, the effect of early warning evaluation is better than the effect of "rating evaluation" on five sides: "placing emphasis on physical health test results", "understanding physical health evaluation information", "deep impression of the evaluation results ", "wanting teacher's training guide", and "planning to carry out physical exercise".
