摘  要:采用新型双酚A衍生物1,1-二(4-羟苯基)-1-苯基乙烷(Ph-BPA)作为显色剂,用于热敏记录材料中。通过与显色剂D-8比较,讨论了Ph-BPA对热敏涂层耐温湿性的影响。试验结果表明:Ph-BPA可使热敏涂层饱和发色的光密度所需温度明显提高;在高温高湿条件下,减少了热敏涂层发色部分的底色发灰;同时热敏涂层具有良好的耐水性、防褪色性,热敏涂层发色后浸入水中24 h,图像保留率达95.5%。Compared with D-8, using the novel bisphenol-A derivative 1, 1-bi(4-hydroxyphenyl)-l- phenylethane ( Ph-BPA )as colour reagent in thermal-sensitive recording material and its influence on thermal- sensitive layer's temperature and humidity resistance were studied. The results showed that Ph-BPA can obviously raise the temperature, which was required by saturated color density of the thermal-sensitive layer. Under the condition of high temperature and humidity, it avoided the background color of the thermal-sensitive layer turning gray. Meanwhile, it improved layer's water resistance and anti-fading property. The color remaining ratio was up to 95.5% when the thermal-sensitive layer was immersed in water for 24 hours after the color development.
