摘　　要：结合自身的研究进展,阐述了有机硅防水材料及其改性化合物的研究与产业化现状。指出有机硅防水材料发展过程中存在的问题及其对策。The research status of organic silicon water-proofing material and modified compounds were expounded, and the existing problems and corresponding solutions of the field were proposed.
