摘  要:目的:探讨循证护理在脑瘫患儿医院感染中的应用效果。方法:将2011年1~12月864例住院的脑瘫患儿作为对照组,实施常规护理干预;将2012年1~12月948例住院的脑瘫患儿作为干预组,实施循证护理干预,观察两组患儿医院感染发生情况。结果:干预组脑瘫患儿中118例发生医院感染,感染率为12.45%;对照组患儿中178例发生院内感染,感染率为20.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组与对照组的住院时间、住院费用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用循证护理程序进行干预,可有效预防医院感染的发生,降低住院费用,缩短住院时间,促进康复治疗的顺利进行,提高对治疗的依从性和配合程度,达到持续护理质量改进的目的。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing path in preventing nosocomial infection for children with cerebral palsy. Methods:From January to December in 2011 of 864 cases of hospitalized children with cerebral palsy served as control group with normal nursing. From January to December in 2012 of 948 cases of hospitalized children with cerebral palsy served as intervention group with the evidence - based nursing measures. To observe the nosocomial infection rate of two groups. Results: The intervention group of chil- dren with cerebral palsy occurred in 118 cases of nosocomial infection,the infection rate was 12.45%. The control group were 178 eases of nosocomial infection, the infection rate was 20.60%, there was statistically significant difference between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was statistically significant difference in the intervention group compared with the control group of hospitalization expenses and time (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The evidence -based nursing path in children with cerebral palsy have less nosocomial infection, hospitalization stay and hospitalization cost,improve the the compliance of rehabilitation treatment,feel satisfied and improvenursing quality continuously.
