中药外敷联合推拿按摩对肺炎患儿疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药外敷联合推拿按摩对肺炎患儿临床疗效的影响。方法:将120例肺炎患儿按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗与护理,在此基础上试验Ⅰ组给予推拿按摩;试验Ⅱ组给予中药外敷;试验Ⅲ组给予中药外敷联合推拿按摩。结果:干预后4组肺炎患儿症状体征积分比较有有显著性差异(P<0.05);临床效果为试验Ⅲ组>试验Ⅱ组>试验组Ⅰ>对照组。结论:中药外敷联合推拿按摩能够有效改善肺炎患儿的症状体征,临床效果优于单纯的中药外敷或推拿按摩。Objective：To explore the effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with massage on pneumonia infants. Methods ：120 cases of pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group I , II, HI and control group,30 patients in each group. The control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing. In the basis, apply massage to experimental group I , apply exter- nal application of Chinese medicine to experimental group II ,external application of Chinese medicine combined with massage to experi- mental group ]]I. Results：The pneumonia symptoms and signs of the four groups children were significantly changed after intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Clinical effect of experimental group III 〉 group II 〉 group I 〉 control group. Conclusion ： External application of Chinese medicine combined with massage can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of pneumonia,the clinical effect is better than pure mas- sage or external application of Chinese medicine.
