摘　　要：提高林业干部教育培训机构党的建设科学化水平,是加强和改进新形势下党的建设的一项重大任务和命题,是提升林业干部素质能力,推进林业建设转型升级的现实需要。通过对林业干部教育培训机构党建工作情况的调研发现,当前林业干部教育培训机构存在党建机构不够健全,党建工作方式有待完善,党员队伍建设亟待加强等问题。应进一步完善基层党组织机构设置,创新党建工作方式、方法,加强党员队伍建设。To constantly promote the scientific level of Party building in forestry cadre education and training institutions is a major issue of Party building, also is the realistic requirements to enhance forestry cadres＇ ability, transformation and upgrading of forestry construction. Based on investigation, there are many problems in forestry cadre education and training institutions, such as inadequacy of Party building organizations, singleness of work mode, weakness of team construction. We should improve the organization, innovate the carrier and enhance team construction to promote the scientific level of Party building in forestry cadre education and training institutions.
