摘  要:为科学评估弹道导弹的作战效能、便于不同评估方法的分析比较,开发了弹道导弹效能评估系统。针对效能评估中作战能力指标影响因素较复杂、选取灵活性太大等问题,建立了弹道导弹攻防对抗仿真模型。在仿真程序应用面向对象的程序设计方法,采用动态链接库技术及数据库配置的形式,提高了模型的通用性、重用性、扩展性、可靠性。最后,采用ADC法、模糊综合评判法及SEA法对弹道导弹的效能进了评估,验证了评估方法的有效性。该仿真系统可应用于不同的战场环境、对多种效能评估方法、突防手段以及拦截技术的研究具有较好的应用价值。In order to evaluate the operational effectiveness of Ballistic Missile (BM), the simulation system of effectiveness evaluation for BM is developed for comparative analysis of different evaluation methods. Allowing for the complexity related to selection about the influence factors of effectiveness evaluation, the simulation model of attack-defense confrontation for BM is established. With the application of object-oriented program design method, dynamic link library technology and database configuration mode in the simulation program, the simulation system attaches itself to the features of universality, reusability, scalability and reliability. The effectiveness evaluation of BM is carried out by the usage of ADC, fuzzy synthetic evaluation and SEA, which demonstrates that the methods are feasibility and practicability. Therefore, the simulation system can be employed in different battlefield; Meanwhile, it links significant application value to the variety method of Effectiveness evaluation, penetration means and interceptive technology.
