我国电子及通信设备制造业内外资企业研发效率比较  

Comparative Analysis of R&D Efficiency of Demotic and Foreign Enterprises in Chinese Electron and Communication Equipment Manufacturing Industry

摘　　要：利用2002～2010年的数据，运用DEA方法对我国电子及通信设备制造业6个子行业内外资企业的研发效率、技术效率和规模效率进行估算，并对效率较高的3个子行业内外资企业的研发效率进行比较及原因剖析，揭示了研发投入规模、研发投入结构和技术获得途径是影响内外资企业效率差异的主要原因，并探讨相应的对策。This paper estimates the demotic and foreign enterprises＇R＆D efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the six sub-trades of our electron and communication equipment manufacturing industry, using the data from 2002 to 2010 by method of Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA）. Comparing the three sub-trades which get higher efficiencies and analy- zing the reasons, result shows that the scale and the structure of R＆D investment and the way to obtain advanced technology are the main factors influencing the efficiency between demotic and foreign enterprises, and discusses corresponding counter- measures to provide useful ideas to improve the level of our electron and communication equipment manufacturing industry.
