企业R&D能力与绩效协调发展比较研究

摘　　要：以企业R&D能力与绩效耦合协调度为切入点,在评价指标体系构建的基础上,利用信息熵对各指标进行客观赋权;构建企业R&D能力与绩效耦合协调度模型,并设定耦合协调度等级划分标准;以我国31个省市地区大中型工业企业为例,展开实证分析。研究结果显示:全国80.65%的省市地区大中型工业企业R&D能力与绩效处于勉强协调发展水平;全国90.32%的省市地区大中型工业企业属于R&D能力滞后类型;大中型工业企业R&D能力与绩效协调发展水平与所属地区经济发展水平相关。This paper, by listing the coupling degree between R＆D capability and performance as the breakthrough point, builds the measure index system of coupling degree. Then it uses entropy weight method to measure the indicators and uses the coupling coordination degree model to do the evaluation research. The result shows that： firstly, 80.65% of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in different provinces and cities have a reluctant level of coordination degree of R＆D capability and performance; secondly, 90.32% of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises belong to the type of R＆D capabilities lag; thirdly, the coordination degree between R＆D capability and enterprise performance has a relation- ship with the economic development of the regions.
