摘 要:以江西主栽杂交晚稻品种五丰优T025为试验材料,采用大田盆栽试验,人工控温在抽穗扬花期进行16℃和18℃处理强度,1~3d低温持续时间的胁迫,处理后立即移栽回大田,在抽穗扬花期测定倒2叶光合参数及SPAD值,成熟后调查产量性状的变化.结果表明:在16℃处理条件下,随时间的延长光合特性参数净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(C)及水分利用率(WUE)均降低,而18℃1~3d处理条件下WUE增加;SPAD值降低;在产量性状中,单株空秕粒数在抽穗扬花期对低温更敏感,16℃处理1,2,3d,单株空秕粒数分别增加40.96%、65.44%和155.15%;18℃处理1,2,3d,单株空秕粒数分别增加25.34%、40.77%和113.13%.产量相关性状与平均冷害隶属函数值相关分析表明,利用平均隶属函数值消除了与对照之间的差异,评价杂交晚稻冷害强度更为科学,可作为水稻新种质选择的依据.Taking ' WufengyouT025 ' of hybrid rice at the heading stage as the test material this study in- vestigated the photosynthetic parameter,SPAD value and the chang, es of the characters of yield under low tem- perature stress in pot experiment so as to discuss the injury mechanism of low temperature in the reproductive growth stages in16℃/1 -3 and 18 ℃/1 -3 d stress. The results showed that 16 ℃ low temperature resulted in the reduction of net photosynthesis (Pn) ,stomata1 conductance(C) ,water use efficiency(WUE) and SPAD val- ue ,whereas the increase of WUE under 18 ℃ low temperature stress ,unfulfilled grains per hill were more sensi- tive to low temperature at the heading stage among characters of yield ,whose unfulfilled grains per hill increased by 40.96% ,65.44% and 155.15% under low temperature of 16 %, and 25.34% ,dO. 77% and113.13% under temperature of 18 ℃. Correlation analysis of yield component and average chilling injury subordinate functionvalue, because it eliminated the difference between processing and the contrast, so it can be used to evaluate new rice germplasm resources.
