摘  要:为探讨不同季节施肥及不同施肥量对长筒石蒜生长的影响,以复合肥为主区、施肥季节为副区在沙床上连续试验3年,并对叶生长量和鳞茎生物量以及光合特性进行测定。结果表明:不同施肥季节和施肥量对叶生长量、鳞茎生物量和净光合速率(Pn)的影响差异不显著,长筒石蒜具有缓生种的养分策略,需肥量极小。长筒石蒜为耐阳植物,其光响应以"渐近线"型为主,光抑制不明显,最大净光合速率可达18.4μmol/(m2·s),但同时也具有较强的耐荫能力。净光合速率日变化呈双峰型,具有明显光合"午休"现象。相对湿度、温度、日期和时间对净光合速率的影响进行分析,得出温度提高引起大气相对湿度过低是产生光合"午休"的主导因素。The test with complex fertilizer as the primary block and fertilizing season as the secondary block lasted 3 years to study their effects on growth and bulb hiomass of Lycoris longituba. The photosynthetic eharac- teristics were also studied. The results showed that various fertilizer levels in different seasons had no cant effect on leaf number,leaf length, bulb biomass and net photosynthetic rate (Pn). L. signifi- longituba possesses nutrient strategies of slowly growing species, and needs little nutrients. L. longituba is a light-tolerance plant. The light response curve can be exhibited as an asymptote without obvious photo-inhibition. The maximum Pn reached at 18, 4 tzmol/( m2 ~ s). Meanwhile,it has strong shade-tolerance ability as well. The diurnal change of Pn showed a double peak curve, obviously presenting the phenomenon of photosynthesis midday depression. Pn was correlated with relative humidity, temperature, by higher growth stage and time. The low relative humidity caused temperature is the dominate factor which leads to photosynthesis midday depression.
