摘 要:为探究蛋白饵剂对橘小实蝇生殖系统的作用,解剖观察了羽化后至性成熟这一期间橘小实蝇雌虫卵巢的发育情况并观测了其产卵情况。本研究主要包括蛋白饵剂对卵巢个体大小生长和发育等级的影响以及蛋白饵剂对橘小实蝇产卵量和卵孵化率的影响。卵巢面积的测定结果表明:不同营养条件下,5日龄后各组卵巢面积差异显著,7日龄后取食人工饲料和糖+蛋白饵剂的实蝇卵巢面积快速增加,至11日龄达到最大,两组分别为2.82 mm2和2.35 mm2,均是3日龄的10倍以上;只取食糖的实蝇卵巢面积试验期间几乎无变化。卵巢发育等级的鉴定结果表明:取食人工饲料的实蝇卵巢发育至Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的日龄数分别为5,7,11 d,发育正常;取食糖+蛋白饵剂的实蝇卵巢发育至Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的日龄数分别为5,9,11 d,发育情况与人工饲料组几乎一致;只取食糖的实蝇从5日龄至15日龄其卵巢发育等级一直停留在Ⅰ级,不能正常发育。产卵量及卵孵化率的测定结果表明:只取食糖的橘小实蝇不能产卵,取食人工饲料和糖+蛋白饵剂的橘小实蝇均能产卵,且产卵量非常相近,均在0.11 mL和0.14 mL之间,这两组卵的孵化率亦很相近均在85%左右。In order to explore the role of protein bait on the reproductive system of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) , the ovaries were dissected so as to observe their development in the period from new eclosion to sexual maturity of B. dorsalis' adauhs, and their spawning performance was observed. This study mainly includ- ed the effects of protein bait on the size and the developmental level of ovaries and on the the amount of spawned egg and the hatch rate of B. dorsalis. The results of measuring ovarian areas showed that, there was significant difference in different groups after the age of 5 days of B. dorsalis under different nutritional condi- tions. The ovarian areas of B. dorsalis fed with artificial diet and the ones fed with sugar + protein bait increased rapidly after the age of 7 days. The ovarian areas of the two groups increased to the maximum at the age of 11 days, which were 2.82 mm: and 2.35 mm2 respectively, which were also more than 10 times larger than those at the age of 3 days. The ovarian areas of B. dorsalis only fed with sugar almost did not increase during the pe- riod of the experiment. The results of identificating the developmental level of ovaries showed that the days for the three groups' ovaries to develop to level I , II and m were different, the days for B. dorsalis fed with artifi- cial diet were 5,7 and 11 ,the day for the ones fed with sugar + protein bait were 5,7 and 11. The developmentof the two groups was almost identical. The ovaries of B. dorsalis fed only with sugar stuck at level I , they could not develop regularly. The results of determining the amount of spawned egg and the hatch rate showed that B. dorsalis fed only with sugar couldn' t lay eggs, the ones fed with artificial diet and sugar + protein bait were both able to lay eggs, and the spawning amounts of the two groups were very similar, which were both be- tween 0.11 mL and 0.14 mL;their hatch rates were also very simiar,which were both about 85%.
