摘  要:以国际竹藤网络中心安徽太平试验中心种质资源保存库内紫竹为研究对象,采用喷施不同浓度的矮壮素(CCC)和多效唑(PP333)对其进行矮化。结果表明:两种植物生长延缓剂均能使紫竹的株高和枝下高矮化,其中矮壮素的矮化效果稍好于多效唑,但差别不大。药剂的矮化效果并非随浓度的增大而增强,其中矮壮素处理浓度为2 500 mg/L对紫竹株高、枝下高的矮化效果最佳,与对照组相比,分别达到46.66%、34.19%,与浓度为3 000 mg/L无显著差异;多效唑对紫竹株高、枝下高的影响均为800 mg/L的矮化效果最佳,分别达到对照的43.44%、41.55%,超过800 mg/L的二种浓度,效果与800 mg/L的无显著差异。Two retardants chloride ( CCC ) and paclobutrazol ( PP333 ) were applied on PhyUostachys nigra by spraying to examing the dwarfing effects in genetic diversity bank of International Centre for Bamboo and Rattan, Huangshan, Anhui Province. The results showed that:the two retardants could decrease the bamboo height and the height under branch. The dwaring effect of CCC was a little better than that of PP333. The dwar- fing effects of the two chemicals did not increase with the concentration. The optimal concentration was CCC 2 500 mg/L; with this concentration, indices of the bamboo height, height under branch were 46.66% and 34.19% of the control, respctively. No significant differences were found in the height under the concentration of 3 000 mg/L. The optimal concentration was PP333 2 500 mg/L, in which, the above mentioned two indices, were 43.44% and 41.55% of the control. The result had no significant differences if the concentration of PPP333 was higher than 800 mg/L of the two concentrations..
