摘 要:采用有限体积法对喷气涡流纺喷嘴中的高速气流场进行数值模拟,通过Fluent软件获得了喷嘴中气流场的流动特征,并对气流场中的纤维模型进行动力学分析,在此基础上建立纤维/气流力学模型,求解纤维运动方程,从而对纤维在涡流纺喷嘴气流场中的运动轨迹进行追踪.模拟结果表明:喷气涡流纺喷嘴内部气流呈中心对称分布,纤维在喷嘴内部呈波浪形运动,纤维尾端越靠近加捻室区域,其摆动越明显;当纤维全部进入空心管后摆动不明显.The high-speed airflow field in the nozzle was simulated by Fluent software used finite volume method. The characteristics of the airflow field in the nozzle were obtained. Based on the analysis of the fiber model in the airflow field, the fiber/air flow dynamic model was established. According to the results of numerical simulation of the airflow field, the motion equations of the fiber were solved. The fiber motion in the airflow field in the nozzle was simulated. The results show that the airflow in air-jet vortex spinning nozzle presents a symmetric distribution. The fiber in the nozzle appeares a wavy movement. With the end of the fiber going close to the twisting room, the swing movement is more obvious. The swing movement is not obvious when the fiber goes into the hollow tube completely.
