摘 要:在织造一般平面织物的打纬过程中,纬纱受到两部分阻力的共同作用:一是纬纱在运动过程中与经纱的摩擦阻力,二是经纱对纬纱的弹性阻力.在三维立体织造过程中,由于存在多层经纱,并同时引入多根纬纱,立体织造的打纬阻力比传统的平面织造的打纬阻力要大得多.由于打纬力必须大于等于打纬阻力才能完成打纬运动,因此,打纬机构的设计需要计算出打纬阻力的范围.基于积分方法计算一般平纹织物打纬阻力,并根据立体织物的组织特性,推导出立体织物打纬阻力的计算方程,为立体织机打纬机构的设计建立了理论基础.During beating-up in plain weaving, there are two resistance force on weft, one of which is frictional resistance between wefts and warps, and the other is elastic resistance from warps. In the process of 3D weaving, several ends of warps are inserted in multiple sheds simultaneously, the resistance force of 3D weaving is bigger than that in traditional plain weaving. Only when the beating-up force exceeds or equates to the resistance force can the beating-up movement be realized, so the mechanism can be designed only when the extent of beating-up resistance is obtained. According to the structural characteristic of 3D fabric, the computing method for 3D fabric's beating-up force based on the integral method which originally applies in plain weaving has been deduced, and the theoretical basis for beating- up mechanism of 3D weaving machine has been established.
