棉花短绒率快速检测方法的研究

摘　　要：随着进口棉花量的逐年增加,如何快速测试棉纤维短绒率成为更加突出的问题,而现有的国内外方法都存在着种种不足.针对棉纤维的取样特性,提出一种新型的光电快速测试方法,该方法大大提高检测效率,降低实验人员的劳动强度.通过与Y111罗拉式纤维长度分析仪的比对试验,验证了测试结果的正确性和精密度.With the amount of entry cotton increase, how to fast test the short fiber content of cotton has become an increasingly prominent issue. There are various deficiencies whether existing domestic or foreign methods. According to the sampling characteristics of the cotton fiber, a new type of optical rapid test method is projected. New method significantly improves the detection efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of the experiment. Comparative experiment with Yl11, the test results verify the accuracy and precision considerations of the new method.
