摘　　要：当前,农业生产方式进入以机械化作业为主的新时代,我们要从技术、社会、生态等三个层面树立起农机化工作的新理念。同时要准确把握农机化的发展方向,加快构建和完善机械化生产技术体系,以信息化促进农业装备现代化,不断拓宽农机化技术应用领域。农机化的发展要以科技为先导,加强顶层设计,增加技术供给;加强推广人才队伍建设,夯实农机化科技进步的基础;大力培训实用人才,推进农机标准化作业。Recently, agrieuhural production mainly entered a new era of mechanized operations; we should establish new philosophy of agricuhural work in three levels. The technical level, the mechanization of agricultural production will be developed; the social level, the path of agricultural devel-opment will closely contact agricultural employment feature and cultural heritage the ecological levels, agricultural technology can play a greater role in the beautiful countryside constructiorL Simuhaneously to accurately grasp the development direction of agricnhural mechanization, accelerate the construction and improvement of mechanized production technology system, using information technology to promote agricultural equipment mod- ernization and continue to broaden the field of agricultural technology. Finally, the development of agricultural have to rely on science and technology, Strengthen top-level design, increased technical supply; strengthen the promotion of qualified personnel, consolidating the basis for agricultural sci-entific and technological progress; vigorously training utility personnel, and promote standardization of agricultural machinery operation.
