摘 要:为了研究小麦制粉过程中,小麦含水率对磨辊磨损性能的影响,本文选用与辊式磨粉机工况相似的磨料磨损试验机进行磨损试验,以金属试样磨损失重为评定指标,考察了不同含水率小麦籽粒粉料对灰口铁磨损性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜对其磨损表面形貌进行观察。结果表面:灰口铁试样的磨损量随小麦磨料含水率的升高而下降,磨损的主要形式有塑变疲劳剥落、多冲疲劳磨损和脆性剥落。In order to study the effects of wheat moisture eontent on roller wear properties in the process of wheat milling, the abrasive testing machine which similar to the roller mills was used in wear test. It used gray iron as the wear material, and the wear weight loss of gray iron as evaluation index, Inspected the effects of wheat grain powder moisture content on the wear properties of gray iron. The worn surface morphology of the metal was observed on the seanning electron microscope. The results showed that the wear weight loss decreases with the increase of wheat grain powder moisture euntent, the wear was caused mainly by plastic spalling, repeated fatigue wear and the brittle spalling.
