摘 要:为了研究苎麻茎秆切割性能以提供苎麻收割机研究的理论基础和技术支持,论文设计了双动刀苎麻茎秆切割试验台,试验台平均切割速度与麻秆喂人输送速度为0—2m/s。试验台切割传动机构设计为空间曲柄滑槽一摇杆滑块机构,通过对其切割传动机构的运动分析,结果表明机构的运动特性近似于正弦运动特性。通过对试验台的空载试验和麻秆切割试验,结果表明,空载试验时切割器峰值驱动力和单个切割周期功耗总体上随着切割速度增大而增大;麻秆切割试验时,切割器峰值切割力和单个切割周期切割功耗总体上随着切割速度增大而减小。In order to research cutting performance of ramie stalk for giving theoretical basis and technical support of research on ramie harvester, a double-knife ramie stalk cutting test bench was designed which could adjust the cutting average speed and feed conveying average speed of ramie stalk from 0 to 2 m/s. The transmission mechanism for cutting device of test bench was designed as a spatial slider-slot-rocker-crank mechanism. Through analysis on kinematics of transmission mechanism, the result showed that the kinetic characteristics of mechanism were similar to the characteristics of sine. In addition, through the experiments on the test bench, the results indicated that the peak of cutter driving force and the power consumption were generally increased with the increase of the average cutting speed when the cutting test bench was under no load running; the peak of cutting force and the power consumption were generally decreased with the increase of average cutting speed in the process of cutting ramie stalk.
