摘　　要：已有第三方物流供应商选择的研究一般只是对供应商进行综合的绩效评价,未能充分考虑企业自身的需求。本文结合B2C企业的现状,从其自身角度出发,认为B2C企业对第三方物流供应商的选择即企业追求"性价比"的过程,即企业期望通过向物流供应商支付最小的费用而获得最满意的服务。基于此,本文建立起第三方物流供应商绩效评价指标体系,综合运用数据包络分析法(DEA)和德尔菲法(Delphi)对第三方物流供应商进行评价;最后,考虑B2C企业向第三方物流供应商支付的费用,形成单输入单输出型决策单元,即各决策单元的"性价比",构成了一套较为完整的B2C企业选择第三方物流供应商的方法体系。The present research on the selection of TPL supplier is generally to evaluate the comprehensive per- formance of the supplier, however, most of these recent work doesn＇t give full consideration to the enterprise＇ s demand. This paper holds that the enterprise selecting the TPL supplier is to find the supplier which can be paid less and gain better service. Based on this, this paper sets up an evaluating index system combined with the cur- rent situation of B2C enterprise; then evaluating the TPL supplier based on DEA-Delphi Method; lastly, taking certain fees to the TPL supplier into account, it forms decision making units with single input and single output, which means acquiring cost performance of every TPL supplier for the B2C enterprise. Thus, the paper builds an integrated method system for the B2C enterprise to select the TPL supplier.
