摘 要:为构建身不知梨与金花梨遗传连锁图谱,并研究身不知梨系统起源及其亲缘关系,以金花梨、身不知梨及其F1代群体为材料,采用苹果SSR标记构建双亲遗传连锁图谱,进一步用基因组比较作图的方法探讨身不知梨与西洋梨及亚洲梨之间的亲缘关系。结果表明:24个苹果SSR标记在身不知梨图谱上表现出连锁关系,其中包括9条遗传连锁片段,覆盖207cM,平均距离13.8cM。15个苹果SSR标记在金花图谱上表现出连锁关系,连锁图谱由5条遗传连锁片段构成,总长152.4cM。两个遗传连锁图谱可由10个共显性SSR标记连接,分别分布于第9、第11、第14和第17连锁群。结论:相对于金花梨而言,苹果SSR标记更趋向于转移到身不知梨。相对于亚洲梨而言,身不知梨图谱与西洋梨图谱具有更多相同的SSR标记,身不知梨与西洋梨亲缘关系相对更近。To construct the genetic linkage map of Mishirazi and Jinhua pears, and study the origin and genetic relationship of Mishirazi, taking Mishirazi and Jinhua pears, and the groups of F1 as the materials, the genetic linkage map of Mishirazi and Jinhua were constructed by apple SSR markers. The relationships of Mishirazi with european pear and asian pear was investigated by using genome comparison mapping method. The results showed that twenty-four and fifteen apple-mapped SSR markers showed linkage relationship in Mishirazi(nine genetic linkage fragments, covering 207 cM average distance 13.8 cM) and Jinhua(five genetic linkage fragments, total length 152. 4 cM), respectively. Genetic linkage map segments of these two pears were aligned by 10 co-dominant markers that showed segregating alleles in both parents, separately distributed in linkage group segments 9, 11, 14 and 17. Conclusion: Apple SSRs were more preferable to transfer and conserve to Mishirazi than Jinhua, there were more the same SSRs between Mishirazi map and the European pear maps comparing to Asian pears. Mishirazi showed closer relationship to P. cornmunis.
