摘 要:为更好地保护喀斯特濒危竹种小蓬竹,采用实地调查和Shannon-wiener多样性指数等分析方法,对喀斯特濒危竹种小蓬竹的小生境变化特征进行了研究。结果表明:小生境类型包括土面、石面、石沟、石缝、石槽和石洞6类,其中,土面、石面和石槽类型面积相对较大,分别为44.52%、29.19%和17.05%。小蓬竹分布地生境的组合类型以土面-石面-石槽组合类型最为普遍,其次是土面-石面组合类型和石面-石槽型组合。各小生境的面积破碎化指数的变化大致呈现石洞>石缝>石沟>石槽>石面>土面的趋势,随着取样面积的增加,石缝、土面、石面和石洞4类小生境的面积破碎化程度逐渐增强;多样性呈先上升后趋于平缓的趋势;均匀度呈先下降后缓慢上升的趋势,且变化范围小;优势度随着样地面积的增加呈下降的趋势;而丰富度则呈上升的趋势。小蓬竹植物重建时,应以石沟、石缝和石槽为主。The microhabitat change characteristics of endangered bamboo species D. in karst area was studied by field survey and Shannon-wiener diversity index analysis method to protection of D. luodianense resources. There were six microhabitat types including soil surface, stone surface, stone ditch, stone crevice, stone slot and stone cavern. The area of soil surface, stone surface and stone slot accounted for 44.52%, 29.19% and 17.05% of total area respectively. The general combination type of D. luodianense distribution habitat was the soil surface-stone surface-stone slot eombination type, followed by soil surface-stone surface combination type and stone surface-stone slot combination type. The area fragmentation index of six microhabitats was stone cavern tone crevice stone ditch stone slot stone surface soil surface. The area fragmentation degree of stone crevice, soil surface, stone surface and stone cavern increased gradually with increase of sampling area. The diversity index, evenness index, dominance index and richness index presented a first rise and then gentle trend, a first declining and then slow rise trend, a declining trend and a rise trend with increase of sampling area respectively. The main utilized microhabitats should be stone ditch, stone crevice and stone slot when D. luodianense is used to improve Karst habitat.
