摘 要:为探明少孢节丛孢菌作为生物吸附剂的吸附效果,采用单因素试验设计,探讨了pH值、吸附剂量、吸附时间、镉离子起始浓度等因素对镉离子吸附效果的影响。结果表明:当溶液pH值为5时,用2g/L的菌体处理浓度为10mg/L的镉离子溶液120min后,吸附率可达78.5%;等温吸附试验表明,少孢节丛孢菌对镉离子的吸附符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程,但Langmuir等温吸附方程拟合效果更好。结论:少孢节丛孢菌对镉离子有较高的吸附率,是一种较好的生物吸附剂。In order to explore the adsorption effect of A. oligospora as bio-adsorbent, effect of pH, adsorbent amount, adsorption time, and initial concentrate of Cde+ on heavy metal Cd2+ was conducted by single factor design. The results showed that the optimal conditions were solution pH value 5, adsorption time 120 min, adsorbent volume 2.0 g/L, and the initial concentrate with Cd2+ 10 mg/L, the adsorption efficiency could reach 78.5%. The adsorption pattern of A. oligospora on Cd2+ was in accordance with Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation, while Langmuir isothermal equation had better fitting effect.
