摘  要:探明胶网藻的形态特征,为其命名和应用提供科学依据,以缙云山黛湖中采集的含藻水样为材料,采用5000r/min离心10rain分离,用BBM固体培养基培养纯化,获得单克隆藻胞群,经鉴定其中1株为胶网藻(Dictyosphaeriumehrenbergianum)。该藻类多为4个、8个、16个、32个或64个细胞组成的原始群体,细胞群体未见明显胶被;细胞呈椭圆形或卵形,长4~10μm,宽3~7μm;色素体呈杯状、周生,1个蛋白核;无性繁殖方式为母细胞内色素体裂成2片或4片,随后从中部缢裂成2个或4个大小一致的孢子发育成子细胞群体,群体中各细胞彼此分离,但又由母细胞所在群体的四分叉胶质丝或胶质膜连接,形成树枝状结构。经探讨Dictyosphaerium的中文学名为胶网藻更恰当。In order to explore the morphology of D. ehrenbergianurn, and to provide scientific basis for its etymology, the algae containing in water samples were collected from Dai Lake of Jinyunshan. Monoelonal algae community were obtained and identified as D. ehrenbergianurn, by centrifuged at 5 000 r/min for 10 rain, and cultured and purified in BBM medium. This algae was original population consisted of 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 cells, respectively, and no obvious gel coat was found in the population. The cell was oval shape, with length of 4- 10 μm, and width of 3--7 μm. The chromatophore was ealathiform, around the algae eel1, and with a pyrenoid. The asexual reproduction was that chromatophore of metrocyte cracked into 2 or 4 pieces, and divided to 2 or 4 spores with same size from central part of metroeyte, and developed into algae population. In the population, the algae cells were dispersed with each other, but connected by 4-branch glial filament (gelatinous membrane), and formed a dendritic structure. Therefore, the suitable Chinese name for Dictyosphaerium could be Jiaowangzao.
