摘　　要：为提高食用菌质量安全,以北京市房山食用菌供应链为例,阐述北京郊区建立农产品可追溯体系作为保障农产品品质安全的优势和特点,分析食用菌质量安全可追溯体系建设存在的问题,有针对性地提出促进食用菌品质安全的可追溯体系发展对策。For the sake of enhancing the quality safety of edible mushrooms, taking the mushroom supply chain in Fangshan, Beijing as a case, the authors reviewed the advantages and characteristics of constructing traceability system of agricultural products to guard the quality safety, analyzed the existing problems in constructing mushroom traceability system. And put forward the development strategies to promote the edible fungi quality and safety traceability system.
