摘　　要：当前,由于环境的破坏以及常规能源储量的不断下降,能源需求结构急需调整。GDP、人口总量及产业结构等因素均会对能源需求量产生影响。为减少经济发展对能源需求不断增加的趋势,在制定能源发展战略时应充分考虑经济发展与节能二者的关系,控制好能源消费总量的增长,实现能源构成多元化,确保总体能源供应安全,提高能源效率,保护环境。同时,大力发展新能源产业,实现以最少的能源消耗支持经济持续发展的目标。At present, due to the, destruction of the environment and the falling of conventional energy reserves in urgent need of energy demand structure adjustment. Factors such as GDP, population, and industrial structure will impact on energy demand. To reduce the increasing demand for energy in the economic development trend, when making energy development strategy should give full consideration to the economic development and energy saving two relations, control the growth of the total energy consumption, realize the energy diversification, ensure that the overall energy supply security, energy efficiency, protect the environment. At the same time, vigorously develop new energy industry, implementation with minimal energy consumption to support the goal of sustainable economic development.
