摘  要:云南是我国小麦条锈病菌既能越夏,又能越冬的省份之一。对云南省小麦主产区的小麦条锈病菌进行生理小种分析,可了解病菌小种组成及分布频度,年度间变化等信息,为品种布局控制病害流行提供参考。本文用6个小麦条锈病菌生理小种特异分子标记(条中33,条中32,条中31,条中29,条中23和水源型)分析云南省小麦主产区采集的354份罹患小麦条锈病的样品进行生理小种分析。结果表明:云南省各小麦主产区的生理小种组成大致相同,均表现为条中33和条中29的检出率最高,达79.38%和42.09%,为这些地区的优势小种;而条中31和条中23的检出率均较低,仅为0.28%和3.39%。本研究的重要优点是可在较短时间内检测大量样品,能够发现小面积病斑上的多个生理小种,因此对小种组成的分析更具代表性。Yunnan is one of over-summering and over-wintering provinces of Puceinia striifomis f. sp. tritici in China. Analyzing biological strain of P. striifomis f. sp. tritici in major wheat-producing areas of Yunnan is helpful to understand the construction of pathogenic strain, distribution frequency, varia- tion among years. It can offer the reference to species distribution to control the disease prevalence. In this study, 354 samples of infected wheat strip rust fungi leaves were picked in mainly product wheat of Yunnan province. Their population genetic structure was analyzed by three pairs special strain molecu- lar markers (CYR33, CYR32, CYR29, CYR31, CYR23 and CYRSU). The results showed that the distribution of biological strain was similar in different counties of Yunnan province. The relevance rati-o of CYR33 and CYR29 was the highest in gather all samples, it was 79.38% and 42.09%, respec-tively, and the lowest relevance ratio was CYR31 and CYR23, it was 0. 28% and 3.39%, respective ly. It is important that abundant samples are checked through spending a little time, and the more than one physiological strain can be found at the little areas. So it can represent to analyze strain construct.
