摘  要:采用野外调查与室内分析结合的方法,对玉龙雪山不同海拔高度的6种典型土壤的土壤酶活性、土壤养分进行了研究,探讨了土壤酶活性与土壤养分间的相关性,对进一步了解玉龙雪山生态系统中土壤质量特征,保护和合理开发利用土壤资源提供科学依据。结果表明:不同土壤类型表层土中酶活性存在较大差异,红壤中蔗糖酶活性最高为15.15mg/g;棕色针叶林土中脲酶活性高达2.12mg/g,黄棕壤中最低仅为0.17mg/g;暗棕壤中碱性磷酸酶活性最大为1.20mg,/g;过氧化氢酶活性为1.41~2.21mL/g之间;酸性磷酸酶活性为0.38—1.34mg/g之间;多酚氧化酶活性为0.23—0.88mg/g。除多酚氧化酶外,同一土类中其余5种土壤酶活性基本上呈现上层高、下层低的分布状况。相关分析表明,土壤酶活性和土壤氮、磷、钾、有机质等密切相关,其中蔗糖酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶与土壤氮、磷、钾、有机质等具有显著(P〈0.05)相关性,并且这3种酶活性之间也呈显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)正相关,因此蔗糖酶、脲酶和碱性磷酸酶活性可以作为该地区较为理想的土壤营养状况的表征指标。The soil enzyme activity and nutrient of six soils in the Yulong Snow Mountains were stud ied in the lab and through field survey. The objective is to further understanding the soil characteristics in the Yulong Snow Mountains ecosystem and provide a scientific basis for rational development and u tilization of soil resources. The results showed that significant differences existed in soil enzyme activi ty. In the red soil invertase activity up to 15.15 mg/g; in brown coniferous forest soil urease activity was 2. 12 mg/g, but in Yellow brown soil only 0. 17 mg/g; dark brown soil alkaline phosphatase activi ty was 1.20 mg/g. The catalase, acid phosphatase and polyphenol oxidase of soils ranged from 1.41 -2.21 mL/g, 0. 38- 1.34 mg/g and 0.23- 0. 88 mg/g, respectively. In addition to the polyphenol oxidase outside, the various soil enzyme activities of the same soil great group basically assumed layer distribution with high activities in the upper layer and low activities in the lower layer. The relationship between enzyme activity and soil nutrient showed that soil enzyme activity had a significant rela tionship with soil organic matter, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) contents. The activities of invertase, urease and alkaline phospbatases showed stronger positive correlations with soil nutrients. And there were significant correlation among the three enzymes. Therefore, the activities of invertase, urease and alkaline phosphatase can be an indicater of evolution characteristics of soil qual ty in this area.
