摘  要:某发电厂300 MW汽轮机长期存在1号轴瓦振动波动大的问题,在现场振动测试和频谱分析的基础上判定为转子弯曲及轴瓦载荷偏低导致汽流扰动引起振动波动。在小修期间对1号轴瓦进行全面检查和调整,并采用转子高速动平衡的方法解决了该振动问题,取得了良好效果。The 300 MW steam turbine of a power plant had the problem of large vibration fluctuation on bearing bush No. 1 for a long time. On the basis of the field vibration testing and spectrum analysis,it determined that the rotor bending and low bearing load results in steam flow disturbance that causes vibration fluctuation. Main reason was ro- tating instability caused by steam flow acting on the rotor bending and low bearing load on the basis of vibration test and frequency analysis. During the minor repairs comprehensive examination and adjustment were conducted to bearing bush No. 1 ,high-speed balancing was adopted to solve the vibration problem,which achieved good result.
