摘　　要：本文系统介绍了瑞金一高层建筑结构体系的选择,结构整体计算指标控制,所采取的抗震构造措施及基础设计。本工程所采取的抗震构造措施确保了该结构的延性,可供同类设计参考。This article introduces the selection of one high -rise residential building structural system ,the structural integral calculation index, seismic con struetiun measures and foundation design. The seismic construction measures taken to ensure that the ductility of the structure, can provide a reference to the similar design.
