摘 要:按照理论计算并筛分出三种不同粒度范围的团聚硼粉,按比例进行级配,通过松装密度和黏度测试,得出粒度级配前后团聚硼粉密度变化和黏度变化规律。结果表明,硼粉经过团聚处理后松装密度明显提升,经过粒度级配后密度会进一步增大,三种样品按比例级配后松装密度最大;黏度随粒度减小而增大,粒度级配后黏度降低,三种样品按比例级配后黏度最低。Three different size fractions of agglomerated boron powder were prepared by sieving, and size grad- ing tests were conducted with various mass ratio based on a theoretical calculation. After the measurement of bulk density and viscosity, the variation of the density and viscosity of boron powder with the particle size grading was found. It was showed that the density of boron improved significantly after agglomeration and the most obvious den- sity improvement was achieved by the grading with the three size fractions. The viscosity increased with the de- crease of the particle size, but decreased with the size grading, and the viscosity showed the lowest value by the grading with the three size fractions.
