摘　　要：目的研究乙酰螺旋霉素口腔黏附片的性质。方法以卡波姆934P和羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC,K4M)为黏附材料,制备乙酰螺旋霉素口腔黏附片,并对其体外膨胀率、黏附力、体外释放度及口腔黏膜滞留性进行考察。结果当卡波姆934P与HPMC的比例为1∶1时,各项考察指标均符合要求,体外释药特性符合Higuchi方程,具有较好的缓释性。结论乙酰螺旋霉素口腔黏附片质量理想,值得进一步研究。Objective To study the propertis of Acetylspiramycin Buccal Adhesive Tablets. Methods Carbopol 934P and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose（HPMC, K4M） were used as the adhesive materials to prepare Acetylspiramyein Buccal Adhesive Tablets. The in vitro ex- pansion rate, adhesive force, drug release in vitro and retention in oral mueosa were investigated for screening the optimal formu- la. Results The tested indices conformed to the requirments when the ratio of carbopol 934P and HPMC was 1 ： 1. Its drug release in vitro was fitted the Higuchi equation,possessing the better sustained release property. Conclusion The quality of Acetylspiramyein Buc- cal Adhesive Tablets is ideal and deserves to be studied further.
