四磨汤口服液联合消食止泻贴治疗小儿功能性消化不良126例  

Efficacy Analysis on Simotang Oral Liquid Combined with Xiaoshizhixie Paster for Treating Child Functional Dyspepsia in 126 Cases

摘　　要：目的探讨四磨汤口服液联合消食止泻贴治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法将功能性消化不良患儿247例分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予口服四磨汤口服液,每日3次,疗程2周;观察组在对照组基础上给予消食止泻贴,每日1次,疗程2周。比较两组患者临床症状、治疗有效率和不良反应。结果观察组患儿临床症状较对照组显著改善(P<0.05),且有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四磨汤口服液联合消食止泻贴治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of Simotang Oral Liquid combined with Xiaoshizhixie Paster for treating child functional dys- pepsia. Methods 247 children cases of functional dyspepsia were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with oral Simotang Oral Liquid,3 times daily for 2 weeks;on the basis Of control group treatment,the observation group was given Xiaoshizhixie Paster,once daily for 2 weeks. After treatment,the clinical symptoms,effective rates and adverse reactions were compared between the two goups. Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms in the observation group were sig- nificantly improved,the difference showed the statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）;moreover the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference had statistical signficance （P 〈 0. 05）;but the adverse reactions had no statistical significance between two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Simotang Oral Liquid combined with Xiaoshizhixie Paster has signifi- cant effect with safety and reliability for treating child functional dyspepsia,and is worthy of being clinically promoted.
