摘　　要：目的:了解血液透析患者对动静脉内瘘的认知需求状况,为制定更合理有效的健康教育方案提供参考。方法:自制调查问卷对120例血液透析患者展开调查,以了解患者对动静脉内瘘的认知、健康教育内容和方式的需求。结果:病人缺乏全面和更深层次的健康教育知识,对自身在健康促进中的认知还不够。结论:护士应根据患者个体情况制定更全面、更优化的健康教育方案,提高健康教育质量,提高患者内瘘的使用寿命。Objective： hemodialysis, and to provide program. Conclusion： Nurses should formulate a more comprehensive, more streamlined health education scheme, according to the patients＇demands, to improve the quality of health education and the service life of internal fistula of the patients.
