摘　　要：随着知识资源的日益扩张和信息技术的迅猛发展,知识密集型服务业以其高知识度、高技术度、高互动度和高创新度,在国家经济及区域产业结构升级中的驱动作用不断增强,日益显现出未来经济增长发动机的功能,成为新的经济增长点。江苏省正处于国民经济结构向"Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ"转型的关键时期,促进知识密集型服务业的发展,对地区经济而言至关重要。With the rapid expanding of the knowledge resource and development of information technology, knowledge intensive business services （KIBS）, characteristic of high knowledge, high technology, high interaction, and high innovation degree, has played an increasingly important role in driving the naeconomy and the upgrading of regional industrial structure, acted as an economic growth engine, and turned into a new economic growth point. Jiangsu Province is experiencing the national economic structure transformation from III to II and I. It＇s vital for Jiangsu Province to develop knowledge intensive business services, in order to promote the development of regional economy.
