摘  要:目的寻找快速、简便、有效的旋毛虫肌肉幼虫囊包玻片标本的制作方法。方法采用3种不同浓度醋酸卡红染色法、明矾卡红染色法、不染色共5种方法制作旋毛虫肌肉幼虫囊包玻片标本。结果 10%醋酸卡红染色速度快,囊包轮廓分明,囊内幼虫清晰透明;45%醋酸卡红原液稀释100倍染色,着色较淡,囊包和囊内幼虫清晰可见,且接近不染色。结论旋毛虫肌肉幼虫囊包永久性玻片标本的制作可采用10%醋酸卡红染色法或45%醋酸卡红原液释100倍染色法。Objective To find fast, simple and effective method of encapsulated Trichinella spiralis. Methods Three different acetate-carmine methods, alum-carmine staining method and unstaining method were used to prepare specimens of encapsulated Trichinella spiralis. Results 45% acetate-camine diluted 100 times to stain specimens,the specimens' s color was lighter. 10% acetate-camine staining method was fast method. Using the two methods, the specimens had clearly defined capsule edgs and encapsulated larvae were more transparent and readily visible. Conclusion 45% acetate-camine diluted 100 times and 10% acetate-camine staining method can be used to prepare permanent specimens of encapsulated T. spiralis larvae.
