组织速度成像技术对冠心病患者左室功能的评估

摘　　要：目的采用组织速度成像(TVI)和脉冲波多普勒(PW)技术测算左心室Tei指数,评价冠心病患者的左心室功能。方法冠心病患者30例,正常对照组30例,分别采用脉冲波多普勒成像(PW)和组织速度成像(TVI)技术测算Tei指数。结果冠心病患者左室PW-Tei指数、TVI-Tei指数均明显大于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者存在不同程度的左心功能降低,左室Tei指数能够评价左心室功能,用组织速度成像技术测算的左室Tei指数更准确,且简便易行。Objective To evaluate the left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease by tissue velocity imaging（TVI） and pulsed wave Doppler flow imaging（PW） with Tei index. Methods A total of 30 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 control subjects （control group） were enrolled in this study. The LV Tel index was measured by TVI and PW respectively. Results There was significant difference of Tel index, LV Tel index in coronary heart disease was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Different degrees of the LV functions decrease occur in patients with coronary heart disease. The LV Tel index can evaluate the LV function accurately and globally,The LV Tel index measured by tissue velocity imaging is more convenient and accurate.
