壮医药综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎48例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察壮医药综合疗法联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效及实验室检测指标与药物不良反应。方法将96例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服壮药,同时辅以壮药熏蒸外洗,联合柳氮磺胺吡啶综合治疗;对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶。两组治疗时间均为12周,观察临床疗效及实验室检测指标与药物不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率95.83%,对照组组总有效率68.75%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组各项指标与其他血液检测结果优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率低。结论壮医药综合疗法联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎能显著增强治疗效果,减少药物不良反应,提高患者生活治疗及延缓病程进展。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on akylosing spondylitis （AS）treated with the comprehensive therapy of Zhuang medicine and sulfasalzine,laboratory detection indexes and adverse drug re-action. Methods Ninety - six cases of AS were randomized into two groups. In the treatment group,Zhuang medicine was taken orally, assisted with the fumigation of Zhuang medicine and combined with sulfasalzine. In the control group, sulfasalzine was prescribed for oral administration. The treatment was 12 weeks in the two groups. The clinical efficacy,laboratory detection index and drug adverse reaction were observed. Results The total effective rate was 95.83% in the treatment group and was 68.75% in the control group. And the result in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The results of every index and other blood test results were better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of adverse reaction was lower in the treatment group. Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of Zhuang medicine and sulfasalzine achieves the strong and significant efficacy on AS, reduces the drug adverse reac-tion, improves the life quality and delays the progression of disease in the patients.
