中药外治对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症血管重建术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药组方外用在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症血管重建术后的临床疗效。方法将入选的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者38例随机分为治疗组20例(24条肢体),对照组18例(22条肢体)。两组患者术前行MRA、CTA或DSA,选择合适的血管重建术,术后治疗组中药组方外敷;对照组应用碘伏湿敷。比较两组患者在缓解疼痛、溃疡愈合时间及经皮氧分压等方面的差异。结果治疗组治疗前、后疼痛评分、经皮氧分压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组溃疡愈合时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药组方外治联合血管重建术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症,能够缓减疼痛,提高局部组织氧分压,加快溃疡愈合。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the external application of herbal medicine for revascularization of lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease （LEASOD）. Methods Thirty - eight cases of LEASOD were randomized into a treatment group （20 cases, 24 extremities）and a control group （18 cases ,22 extremities）. MRA, CTA or DSA were applied before the surgery for the patients of the two groups and the suitable cases were selected for revascularization. After surgery, the external application of herbal medicine was used in the treatment, and iodine dressing was applied in the control group. The differences in pain relief, ulcer healing time and percutaneous oxygen pressure were observed for the patients between the two groups. Results The differences in pain score and percutaneous oxygen pressure were significant before and after treatment in the treatment group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, presenting the significant difference as compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The ulcer healing time in the treatment group was different significantly as com- pared with that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The external application of herbal medicinein the treatment of LEASOD can relieve pain,increase oxygen pressure in local tissue and accelerate ulcer heal-ing.
