揭盖式切除加中药治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎探讨

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合方法治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的临床疗效。方法将48例肛周化脓性汗腺炎住院手术患者随机分为治疗组24例和对照组24例。全部病例均采用揭盖式切除手术,术后治疗组用中药熏洗及中药换药治疗,对照组采用高锰酸钾坐浴及抗生素条换药治疗,疗程35d,观察比较各组术后疼痛、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间。3个月后复查,观察复发情况。结果治疗组术后创面疼痛时间、水肿时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率83.33%,对照组治愈率50.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率30.00%,对照组66.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合方法治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的疗效明显优于单用西医治疗,且有疗程短,疗效持久,复发率低等优点。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of perianal hidradenitissuppurativa （PHS） treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods Forty - eight inpatients of PHS for surgical treatment were randomized into a treatment group（24 cases）and a control group（24 cases）. The resection of decompression technique was adopted for all the cases. After surgery,in the treatment group, Chinese medi-cine fumigation and Chinese medicine dressing change were applied. In the control group, the sitz bath with postassium permanganate and the antimicrobial strip dressing change were adopted. The duration of treatment was 35 days. The time of pain and edemadisappearanceas well as the time of wound healing after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups. The patients were re - checked in 3 months and the recur-rence was observed. Results The time of wound pain, edema and healing after surgery in the treatment group was shortened than that in the control group, indicating the significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The curative rate in the treatment was 83.33% and was 50.00% in the control group, indicating the significant difference in comparison（P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate was 30.00% in the treatment group and was 66.67% in the control group, indicating the significant difference in comparison（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of in- tegrated Chinese and western medicine was superior to the simple western medicine in the treatment of PHS, being advantageous at short duration of treatment, sustainable efficacy and low recurrence rate.
